The table shows the President\u2019s budget request for each year. The table also shows appropriations for water infrastructure grants under the Clean Water Act (Title II construction grants and Title VI grants for the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program) and appropriations for drinking water SRF grants under the Safe Drinking Water Act. Further, the table shows appropriations for special project grants, including congressionally directed funding for water infrastructure projects, or congressional earmarks.
