Particular attention is paid to the\ndemise of the Agreed Framework, the ongoing six-party talks, China's prominent role in the\nnegotiations, inter-Korean relations, and the Japanese abductee issue. Also discussed is Congress's\nrole in dealing with North Korea, including the passage of the North Korea Human Rights Act ( P.L.\n108-333 ). This report will not be updated.",
