H.R. 3590 , 106th\nCongress, the ADA Notification Act, would amend title III of the ADA, which contains the\nprovisions relating to public accommodations, to require that a plaintiff provide 90 days notice to the\ndefendant prior to filing a complaint. Hearings were held on May 18, 2000. This report will be\nupdated as necessary.",
